The Challenge
REM Sleepwear was just a concept and needed everything for its brand, from the name to the online store.
Our goal was to turn the founder’s ideas of comfort, confidence, and care into a brand look and shopping experience that felt both high-quality and welcoming. We also created easy-to-use brand tools and templates, allowing the team to continue building the brand after launch.

The Approach
Every brand has a story worth asking about, and that’s where I start. I dive into the why, and learn where the brand has been, and where it wants to go. From that foundation, I design with both data and inspiration, building systems and spaces that feel intentional and ready for the real world. For REM Sleepwear, that meant crafting a warm visual identity and pairing it with a clean, intuitive e-commerce experience designed for ease, clarity, and showcasing these amazing pajamas!

Brand Identity & Naming
I suggested naming ideas and concepts to help the founder choose a brand name. After that, I worked to bring her vision to life by developing several brand concepts and visual moodboards to shape our creative direction. I created a flexible identity system with a logo suite, color palette, and typography for a solid brand foundation.

Website & E-Commerce Design
I designed and launched a Shopify site focused on making it easy and enjoyable for customers to explore the brand. The site helps visitors browse and shop with confidence by reducing obstacles and simplifying choices. With clear navigation, engaging product stories, mobile-friendly layouts, and a consistent look and feel, the site guides users smoothly from the homepage to checkout.

Founder-Friendly Brand Toolkit
I created a full set of brand assets and a library, including Canva templates, so the founder can quickly make content after launch. I also put together reusable modules, content patterns, messaging blocks, and branded templates for every touchpoint. This setup will help the brand stay consistent in the early days and can be easily updated as the brand grows.
The Outcome
REM launched with a brand that feels soft, confident, and human, paired with a toolkit that makes it easy to maintain that feeling. The founder isn’t just staring blankly at folders of assets; they feel supported, capable, and excited about continuing to build. That’s my favorite kind of design outcome: one that empowers, not just impresses.
Reflection
When you truly understand the heart of a brand, clarity and consistency come naturally. Immersing in the founder’s vision made it possible to create a design system that brought the brand to life. Strong enough to guide the brand today, and flexible enough to evolve as the dream grows.
